Post-Construction Cleanup
Final clean before turnover. General contractor and property-manager work across Bergen County.
Post-construction work is the last step between a finished job and a happy client, and it is judged on details a routine clean does not touch. We stage the work in phases so the site is safe to walk, then safe to hand over, then finish-ready.
What is included
- Rough clean: bulk debris haul, HEPA vacuum of dust, and dry wipe of surfaces
- Detail clean: wet wipe of every fixture, frame, door, and trim; interior glass; light fixtures; vents
- Final touch-up before walk-through: floors polished, adhesive residue removed, smudges cleared
- Punch-list corrections coordinated with the GC on the same day

Scope note
Restaurant work is part of this service line. We handle post-construction cleanups on new and renovated restaurant buildouts, and periodic heavy-duty deep cleans. We do not run nightly restaurant close-down service.
How we quote it
We coordinate directly with the site super so timing and access line up with the schedule. Same-day punch-list adjustments are part of the job.
